Bow, an experienced lighting designer with over nineteen years in lighting design and emergency lighting design, brings a dynamic and results-oriented approach to her work.  Her robust understanding of lighting technology not only encompasses its impact on health and well-being but also reflects her keen appreciation for aesthetics, visual perception, and beauty.  As an ENTJ personality type, Bow excels in leadership and project management, evident in her roles as a senior creative lighting designer, project leader, and lighting design manager. She has successfully executed numerous lighting projects, earning 12 awards for lighting and luminaire design. 

With background in interior architecture and fine art, Bow’s intuitive grasp of three-dimensional spaces is complemented by her proficiency in painting and hand sketching.  This artistic foundation enhances her ability to craft unique luminaire designs that elevate and transform spaces. 

In addition to her creative strengths, Bow holds a second master’s degree in sustainable design, showcasing her commitment to creating environments that are not only visually appealing but also contribute to a healthy and sustainable future.  She believes that lighting design is a comprehensive art form, transcending artificial light to seamlessly integrate daylighting design, architecture, interior design, facility design, sustainable design and science.
